The Mozart repertoire includes Piano Concerto #18 K456, Solemn Vespers, and an arrangement of Sing to the Lord.

Tickets are $25 in advance, $30 at the door.

For information about tickets please call Conchita Espinosa Conservatory of the Arts at 305-227-1149 x.316.

Tickets will also be sold Monday through Friday leading up to the concert in the breezeway of the Conservatory from 3-4pm and are available at Lilly Records.

Conchita Espinosa Youth Choir

The Conchita Espinosa Youth Choir has been an integral part of CEA’s tradition for over fifty years. It was first directed by Manuel Ochoa, founder of the Miami Symphony Orchestra. For the last 10 years the choir has thrived under the direction of Ms. Loly Lopez. Under Ms. Lopez' direction, the choir has been nationally and internationally recognized for its excellence as a children’s chorale. Most recently, the Youth Choir was invited to perform at Carnegie Hall. They were also invited to Puerto Rico for the 110th anniversary of the Robinson School, where they were asked by the Archbishop of Puerto Rico to sing for a mass in the Cathedral of Puerto Rico, the second oldest cathedral in the Americas and the acoustically perfect Union Church.

Young Artists:

Alejandro Fernandez - Kassandra Gomez
Monica Gutierrez – Fernanda Miranda

These young pianists have studied at the Conchita Espinosa Conservatory since a young age and are distinguished among their peers for their talent, hard work, and musicality. Fernanda Miranda was recently invited to attend a piano intensive program at the Universitat Mozarteum in Salzburg, Austria. She was the only child in the program and the only student from the Americas. Fernanda had the opportunity to be mentored by world-renowned pianist, Leonel Morales. She was also chosen from among the students to perform at the end of summer concert. Morales was so impressed by Fernanda that he requested to continue to mentor her throughout her career. Fernanda will now continue to study under Morales’ guidance in addition to her regular instruction at Conchita Espinosa Conservatory.
