Marco Blázquez graduated from Real Conservatorio Profesional de Danza Mariemma in classical dance. He has performed as a soloist with Europa Danse, Gran Canaria Ballet, Santamaria Compania de Danza, Ballet de Madrid, Dederlands Dans Theatre II, and Ballettmainz. His choreographic experience includes: ‘Sounen’ Premiere for Staatstheater Mainz (June 2014), ‘LOL’ Premiere for the Acker Stadt Palast with danceFORM. (February 2014), ‘Absorption’ New Creation for Aurora Ballet, Chiba (Japan, August 2013), ‘Obumbrate’ New Creation for Aurora Ballet, Chiba (Japan, August 2013), ‘A Fading Found’ Staatstheater Mainz (June 2013), ‘Drift in Drain’ Staatstheater Mainz (June 2013), ‘Fragile-Stato’ Premiere for Staatstheater Mainz (June 2012), and ‘Salvation’ Premiere for the Netherlands Dans Theater SWITCH (2011).
Mr. Blazquez was the Ballet Master de Delattre Dance Company from 2013 to 2015. He has taught contemporary dance and ballet workshops in a number of recognized dance schools, including “Destreza y Ritmo“(Madrid, Spain), “Tanzboden“ (Mainz, Germany), “Tanzstudio Carmen“ (Berlin, Germany), Miriam Centro de Danza“ (Ourense, Spain), Aurora Ballet“ (Chiba, Japón), among others.
