We are excited to announce that this week we began a Spanish Dance choreography course in collaboration with Eduardo Martinez, principal dancer with the Ballet Nacional de España (BNE). Eduardo has taught several master classes at the Conservatory in the past and most recently worked with our dancers who participated in the 2019 trip to Spain. Our High School and Advanced Spanish dancers will be learning his choreography Paseos de Ayer, with music by Joaquín Turina. For 87 years, Conchita Espinosa Conservatory of the Arts (CEC) has maintained their commitment to the development of young artists. CEC offers students exceptional technical and artistic training within a nurturing environment that allows them to develop into human beings with a deep understanding, appreciation, and respect for the Arts. Enrollment is open to the community and not limited to students from the Academy. Classes are also available for professionals and adults.
