Ms. Ledón, an established concert pianist, started her studies in her native Cuba and completed her education in Europe in internationally renowned institutions, including Arts Academy in Rome, Italy; Music Schule in Stuttgart, Germany; Mozarteum in Salzburg, Austria; Royal College in London, England; and Conservatorio del Liceu de Barcelona, Spain. She has played and recorded with important music groups in Spain, France, and Italy. She has been in the company of Marcelo Abbado, Klaus Kaufmann, and Luigi Mostacci as a member of prestigious international juries. She has also been a Master Teacher at the internationally acclaimed Castilla Yehudi Menuhin and she was the founder and Artistic Director of Estudio Musical Ledón, a music conservatory in Barcelona, Spain. Previous credits as Musical Director / Accompanist include The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Cabaret, Godspell and Rent at the Area Stage Company in Miami, Florida. In addition to her role as Music Department Head, Ms. Ledón leads the Junior and Senior Music Ensembles and the Summer of the Arts Music and Musical Theatre Program. Ms. Ledón has been a music teacher at Conchita Espinosa Academy and piano teacher at Conchita Espinosa Conservatory of the Arts since 2009.
